ABOUT US​

Some companies begin in garage, some in kitchens, some in back yards. Yugadi* began in all rooms and corners of our house! Our foundation lies in the experience of two generations in science and technology education. My parents Madhav and Sunita Khare founded a trust called Shastravahini, dedicated to provide hands-on science education to students from primary schools to colleges for more than 25 years.

In November 2023, inspired by the principles instilled by Shastravahini, my wife Shilpa and I established Yugadi Enterprises LLP. Both holding PhDs from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc), our academic backgrounds enriched our vision for the company.

Ever since I remember, I had been tinkering with tools, gadgets, appliances and making my own toys. My research during PhD also hovered around making miniature instruments. During all these years I have always noticed a gap between academics and the industry. At Yugadi we aim to bridge this gap. We do this by designing products that promote hands-on skills development while providing scientific dexterity. Contact us for more information.

We also plan to collaborate with academic institutions and extend our support to solve research problems and bring scientific research to the industry. While still very young, Yugadi Enterprises LLP has the potential and the necessary background to understand and solve research problems in a variety of fields.
